After been working for more than 20 years in high profile Michelin Starred Restaurants in Italy and UK, in 2010 Simone he received the “Oscar as Best Sommelier” from the Bibenda International Wine Trophy 2010 . Certified Professional Wine Taster from the Italian Sommelier Association. His dream is to be able to demonstrate Italy as the wine Capital, offering the most sensational indigenous grape variety selection in the world!   Roberto Candido Mormile founder of LUNANERA winery association Roberto Candido Mormile better known as Peter, is the founder of LUNANERA winery association. In 2009 I graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the University of Naples Federico II. In 2014, I came to China for the first time to attend a wine exhibition, and I met my wife who worked as an interpreter for me. In March 2015 I came to live in China. At the end of 2015, we jointly established the Kanglai Import Company in Shanghai. I founded the Lunanera Italian Winery Association in March 2018, it manages to bring around 50 containers of Italian wine per year to China.   Paolo Clemente, Wine Senior Export Manager Senior manager with 30+ years commercial experience in International markets. After years spent in consumer goods and industrial products, since 2012 I’m in the wine sector. I work as a multi-brand Export Manager for renowned, medium-high positioning, Italian wineries, mainly in the Asian markets. I manage for them every commercial aspect: search for importers, brand positioning, marketing and sales support activities. I work only on a long term strategy, for a limited number of wineries.
