The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), with the support of the Italian Embassy to the P.R.C. and the Italian Cultural Institute in Beijing, and part of the official program of the Milano Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympiad, successfully hosted the XII edition of Notte Italiana. This year’s gala, themed “Night on the Slopes”, gathered more than 500 guests from across China, bringing together representatives of the Italian and Chinese business communities for an evening celebrating excellence, collaboration, and cultural exchange.

Notte Italiana reaffirmed its role as a key platform for fostering dialogue between Italy and China. The event offered a unique opportunity for the Italian community in China and for professionals devoted to strengthening bilateral ties to connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate shared achievements. The evening once again highlighted the importance of Made in Italy, showcasing its contribution to innovation, creativity, and international cooperation.

Distinguished institutional representatives attending and addressing the audience included: Lorenzo Riccardi, Chairman of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, H.E. Massimo Ambrosetti, Ambassador of Italy to the P.R.C., Yu Yuantang, Director General of the European Department, MOFCOM, Francesco Pensabene, Director of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) Beijing Office, Federico Roberto Antonelli, Director of the Italian Cultural Institute in Beijing and President of EUNIC China, and Ivana Jelinic, CEO of ENIT – Italian National Tourist Board.
“The year 2025 holds particular importance for both our Chamber and for Italy–China relations, marking the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our two countries. The ongoing cooperation between our institutions and business communities continues to demonstrate our shared commitment to advancing mutual growth, innovation, and cultural exchange.”— Lorenzo Riccardi, CICC Chairman"

A special highlight of the evening was the surprise appearance of movie star Jackie Chan, who delighted all attendees.

The main financial sponsor of the evening was Generali China Insurance, whose CEO Jack Yuan took the stage to present the company.
The CICC extends its sincere appreciation to all financial sponsors who contributed to the success of the event: Leonardo China (Ruby Sponsor); Ceramica d’Imola, ENIT, HCG Travel Group, Pirelli, Savino del Bene, Trenitalia, and VFS Global (Emerald Sponsors); Hangzhou Bimbo Trade, BRIFF, Futurasun, and Huawei (Bronze Sponsors).

The XII edition of Notte Italiana stood out for its rich program of performances, culinary excellence, and unforgettable moments:

The night concluded with the highly anticipated lucky draw, featuring a selection of top prizes drew on stage, followed by a lively after party animated by an all-Italian DJ set by Leo Furioso.

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce expresses its heartfelt thanks to all attendees, sponsors, partners, and the CICC Team for making this edition of Notte Italiana a resounding success. We look forward to welcoming you again next year for another celebration of Italian excellence in China.
Thanks to all our sponsors:
