In response to the current lockdown in Shanghai, some companies are operating in “closed-loop” systems to ensure businesses can keep operations running. Closed loops put factory workers in bubbles, based on the same procedure used during the winter Olympics to prevent COVID spread. This procedure – for example – has been reportedly used inside the Shanghai Port area to maintain stable operations despite the spread of the pandemic.

It is very important for EU SMEs to know which registrations they need to deal with, and which points they need to pay particular attention to for exporting their products to China.
